PRICING/FEES:
INTERNET RECRUITMENT By using the latest internet technology, we can offer a very effective internet recruitment service for a flat fee of £650.00 + vat
How it works: Our Client's vacancies are advertised for 4 weeks on up to 10 of the most popular internet job boards, depending on the roles industry, function and location. We will also source our network of online (specialist) CV databases for suitably qualified candidates. On a daily basis, we then sift through, filter and catergorise all applicants, before sending the CV's to our Clients . On Client request, we can also manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, reference checking, psychometric testing etc. There will be an additional charge for these services which will be dependant on the Client wishes and volume of work to be undertaken. TRADITIONAL RECRUITMENT:
Contingency: For Clients who prefer a more "Traditional" recruitment service, our professional fees for "Contingency" recruitment are based on 15% of the Candidates, annual remmuneration, which is payable on Candidate appointment.
HeadHunting: Our fees are based around the complexities of the position to be secured not just a fixed percentage for every assignment. Our entire focus when Headhunting, is covert, meticulous and finely executed, ensuring that our assignments are delivered to our Clients with high levels of precision and accuracy.
