How it works:

Our Client's vacancies are advertised for 4 weeks on up to 10 of the most popular internet job boards, depending on the roles industry, function and location.

We will also source our network of online (specialist) CV databases for suitably qualified candidates.

On a daily basis, we then sift through, filter and catergorise all applicants, before sending the CV's to our Clients .

On Client request, we can also manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, reference checking, psychometric testing etc. There will be an additional charge for these services which will be dependant on the Client wishes and volume of work to be undertaken.
