Contingency:

   

For Clients who prefer a more "Traditional" recruitment service, our professional fees for "Contingency" recruitment are based on 25% of the Candidates, annual remmuneration, which is payable on Candidate appointment.      

 

 

Contract/Interim:

 

Due to increased Client demand VanDuo Consulting are adding the provision of professional Contract/Interim services to our recruitment portfolio. VanDuo Consulting will be working with a select band of Payment industry specialists whose experience covers the full range of Payment industry product and technology.

Our fees are based around the complexities of the position to be secured not just a fixed percentage for every assignment.
